'''評議会（concil）'''は、6人の特別な封臣（Vassal）もしくは廷臣（Courtier）のキャラクターで構成されており、彼らは所領あり（landed）キャラクターがその領国（Realm）を支配する手助けをします。各々の評議員は一度に一つの任務（task）を遂行することができます。また評議員が指揮官（Commander）を兼ねる場合には、任務に就いている間は部隊を指揮することができません。評議員は他の補助的なメリットと同様にその職（position）に必要とされる能力（primary skill）のライフスタイル経験値（Lifestyle Experience）を得ます。

配偶者（Spouse）の職は'''所領なし（unlanded）'''の配偶者または'''直臣（direct vassal）'''(ただし間接的（indirect）ではない)である者のいずれかによって埋められます。宗派（Faith）が複婚制（Polygamous Marriage Type）の教義（doctrine）を持っている場合は主要な配偶者（Primary Spouse）がその職を埋めます。主要な配偶者の変更は可能です。

宮廷司祭（Court Chaplain）を変更できるのは、主君（Liege）の宗派に聖職者の任命の教義が「取り消し可能」である場合のみです。神権制（Theocratic）の教義を持つ宗派は宮廷司祭（Court Chaplain）の代わりに領国祭司（Realm Priest）がいます。領国祭司は主君の直轄領にあるすべての寺院（Temple）所領を賃借（liege）し、同じ宗派のすべての封臣の宮廷司祭の税（Taxes）と徴募兵（Levies）の一部を受け取ります。領国祭司は、封臣と同じように税と徴募兵を供出します;もし彼らが主君に対してネガティブな{{iconify|Opinion||||評価}}を持っていれば、何も供出しません。より高い評価はより多くの税の供出に繋がります。領国祭司はその主君が自身に対して{{iconify|Strong Hook||||強いフック}}を持っている場合には、評価に関係なくすべての税と徴募兵を主君に供出します。

キャラクターが無能力者{{iconify|Incapable}}の特性を持つ場合は評議員には任命されることがありません。さらに宗派が聖餐（Communion）の信条をもつ場合は{{iconify|Excommunicated||||破門}}の特性を持つキャラクターは宮廷司祭もしくは領国祭司に任命されることがありません。
